Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions turning enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources.

English level: upper-intermediate. You will work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data experience.
Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data needs.
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for insights.
Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
Onboard and integrate data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow.
Collaborate to improve data quality and consistency.
Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization and analytics.
Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
