Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, and work with Snowflake and SAP HANA data sources in an Agile, distributed team.

Must have 4+ years of Power BI development, strong SQL, DAX, data modeling skills, and experience with Snowflake or similar platforms. Upper-intermediate English required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide clear insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, and reporting solutions.
• Work with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and coordinate availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake and SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to BI layer.
• Collaborate with data owners and technical teams to improve data quality and reliability.
• Promote reusable data models and scalable analytics solutions over isolated reports.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
