AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable insights.

Requirements include 4+ years crafting Power BI dashboards, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, IT, and remote teams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Knowledge of data modeling, transformation, and integration concepts.
• Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into technical/data requirements.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports with clear insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify data and data sources.
• Support onboarding of data into the enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the pipeline from source to power BI.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on data visualization and analytics for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, and KPIs.
• Work in an Agile environment with distributed/remote teams.
