AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports, strong data modeling, DAX, SQL, and experience with Snowflake or SAP-based sources.

You will partner with stakeholders, design data models, ensure data quality, and work in an Agile, distributed environment with remote and office options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based enterprise data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visualizations, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into the data platform (Snowflake and SAP data sources).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across the data flow from source to Power BI.
• Improve data consistency, quality, and reliability with business data owners.
• Promote reusable data models and KPI definitions across the organization.
• Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and technical solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
