AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that transform enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The candidate should have 4+ years' experience with Power BI dashboards/reports, SQL, and familiarity with Snowflake or SAP-based sources in an Agile environment. Strong English communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based sources.
• Excellent business analysis and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand KPIs, data definitions, and analytical needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and data owners to identify data needs and source structures.
• Support onboarding of data into the data platform, including Snowflake and SAP data sources.
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end across the data flow.
