AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights.

The role requires 4+ years of experience with Power BI dashboards/reports, strong SQL, and knowledge of Snowflake or similar cloud platforms, plus SAP data sources; English at an upper-intermediate level. You will work in an Agile, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
• Strong SQL skills with relational and analytical data.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP data, or SAP-based source systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, data definitions, and analytics needs.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports providing actionable insights.
• Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and source-system owners to identify required data and data availability.
• Support onboarding and integration of data into enterprise data platform (Snowflake, SAP HANA/SAP data).
• Troubleshoot data and reporting issues across data flow from source to BI layer.
• Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
• Provide guidance on effective data visualization for decision-making.
• Document data definitions, reporting logic, KPIs, and solutions.
• Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed/remote teams.
