Job summary
AgileEngine is seeking a Data & Analytics Developer to build Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions that turn enterprise data into actionable business insights. The role requires 4+ years in Power BI development, strong data modeling (DAX) and SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources, plus upper-intermediate English.
You will partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, design data models, and deliver scalable analytics across IT and business units.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional Power BI experience.
- Strong Power BI data modeling and DAX knowledge.
- Proficient SQL skills with relational data.
- Experience with Snowflake and SAP-based sources.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand processes, KPIs, and data needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Translate requirements into data models, metrics, visuals, and reporting.
- Coordinate data availability with IT and source-system owners.
- Support data onboarding to the enterprise platform including Snowflake and SAP HANA.
- Troubleshoot data and reporting issues end-to-end.
- Collaborate to improve data quality and reliability.
- Promote reusable data models and standardized KPI definitions.
- Guide stakeholders on effective data visualization for decisions.
- Document data definitions, logic, KPIs, and solutions.
- Work in an Agile delivery environment with distributed teams.
