Qualifications

• 3+ years in workforce analytics, data analysis, business analysis, or related transformation environment.
• Understanding of Workday or similar HCM systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and organisation data to identify and quantify the people impacts of the transformation.
• Support workforce transition planning, role mapping, and scenario analysis using OrgVue and workforce data.
• Assess, reconcile, and validate workforce data; translate requirements into data/ process improvements.
• Turn complex workforce data into clear insight and reporting for stakeholders across HR and programme.
• Act as a link between the programme and HR domain, translating decisions into data requirements.
• Demonstrate 100% commitment to safety and a zero-harm culture.
