Edelman is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to join our in-house team. The role focuses on stabilizing dashboards, strengthening governance, and enabling data-driven decision-making across HR, Finance, and Shared Services.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on Workday expertise, including Advanced/Matrix/Composite Reporting and Prism Analytics, with strong English communication and stakeholder partnership across the Americas.

Formación

• 7+ years of enterprise reporting, analytics, BI, or data-related experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday reporting and analytics.
• Strong expertise with the Workday reporting suite: Advanced Reporting, Matrix/Composite, Calculated Fields, Security, Prism Analytics.
• Experience integrating, transforming, modeling data using Prism Analytics.
• Hands-on Workday HCM experience and security domain knowledge.
• Strong data governance, analytics best practices, and reporting standards.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable reporting solutions.
• Strong communication across functions and geographies.

Responsabilidades

• Stabilize and optimize existing Workday reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Identify and resolve defects, data integrity, performance, and security gaps.
• Standardize reporting frameworks, naming conventions, and governance.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and Prism Analytics solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop scalable, executive-ready analytics.
