Edelman DXI is seeking a Workday Reporting & Analytics Lead to enhance our enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities. This role, based in Buenos Aires, will improve reporting accuracy and ensure effective decision-making across HR and Finance.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Reporting, with a focus on advanced reporting and data governance. Exceptional fluency in English is a must, as this role involves collaboration with U.S.-based teams.

Formación

• Experience improving reporting quality and resolving defects.
• Ability to communicate complex Workday concepts clearly.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and reporting standards.

• Design and maintain advanced Workday reports and analytics solutions.
