Job summary

Félix is hiring a Data Migration Lead for a 100% remote, full-time role supporting one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers. You will plan and drive end-to-end data migration activities, coordinating cross-functional teams in a UTC-aligned schedule and ensuring clean, validated data for the target ERP platform.

The role requires proven leadership in large-scale migrations, strong data methodology knowledge, and effective risk management, with English interviews and daily work

Qualifications

• Experience as Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale enterprise programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience working in ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred).
