Job summary

Félix is seeking a Data Migration Lead to coordinate the planning and execution of a critical migration program for a global client. You will lead cross-functional teams, define the migration approach and controls, and manage risks to ensure a smooth, reliable transition to the target system.

The role requires proven data migration leadership in large-scale programs, familiarity with ERP migrations (S/4HANA preferred), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with ERP migrations (S/4HANA) preferred.
• English: intermediate to advanced; interviews in English.
• Available to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).
