Job summary

Floowi, a remote-first LATAM digital marketing partner, is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads for multi-location franchise brands. You will focus on lead generation outcomes—phone calls, form submissions, and bookings—across hundreds of locations, leveraging advanced tracking and attribution.

You should bring 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, multi-location account management, and strong English communication for client calls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation.
• Experience managing multi-location accounts, including 10+ locations.
• Strong knowledge of Google Search fundamentals, keyword match types, negative keywords, Smart Bidding, and account structure.
• Hands-on experience with Performance Max campaigns for lead generation, including offline conversion data.
• Practical conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, call tracking platforms, and offline conversion imports.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns for multi-location brands.
• Manage advertising budgets and pacing across hundreds of locations, aligning with market goals.
• Conduct ongoing optimization through search term analysis, negative keywords, bid strategies, ad copy, and asset testing.
• Configure location targeting, location assets, call assets, and Google Business Profile integrations across accounts.
• Implement, monitor, and QA conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, call tracking, forms, and bookings.
• Work with attribution systems to capture click IDs/UTMs and import offline conversions into Google Ads.
• Use Google Ads Editor, scripts, and AI tools to streamline campaign management across large accounts.
