Job summary

Pavago is seeking a hands-on Senior Account Manager to own multiple client accounts end-to-end. You will craft brand messaging, write copy in Claude, and directly manage SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and ad account structure.

You’ll build repeatable workflows, tailor campaigns for multi-location clients, and ensure all drafts meet client standards for tone and trust before delivery. This fully remote LATAM role offers US Central time hours and USD contractor pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for clients
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and connected tools
• Near-native English for client calls and updates
• Experience running multiple client accounts across locations
• Brand and copy judgment you can explain and defend

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking and channels within ~2 weeks
• Verify conversion tracking counts real bookings before budgets adjust
• Write brand messaging and location pages, drafted in Claude and edited by you
• Manage SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts so location metrics read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment
• Create Claude workflows to automate recurring tasks
• Join client calls across time zones
