Job summary

Jumpfactor Marketing is seeking a hands-on Account Manager for a fully remote, LATAM-based contractor role. You will own client accounts end to end, write brand messaging, run SEO, social and paid media, and build Claude-driven workflows.

You’ll onboard sites, verify conversions, structure multi-location accounts, join calls across time zones, and scale processes as the agency grows. Strong portfolio and near-native English are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple client accounts.
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags and ad account structure.
• Experience using Claude and related AI tools in client work.
• Near-native English for client calls and updates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and get the site, tracking, and channels live in about two weeks.
• Write brand messaging, location pages, and client updates, drafted in Claude and edited by you.
• Run SEO, social, and paid media hands-on, including ad account structure.
• Structure multi-location accounts so each location's numbers read clearly and compare cost per booked appointment.
• Convert repeated tasks into Claude workflows the team uses weekly.
• Join client calls across time zones.
