Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely restoration of services and maintain thorough documentation and governance across incidents and changes.

Mansioni

• Apply ITIL principles in daily service operations, balancing process compliance with speed to restore service.
• Act as Major Incident Manager for assigned services or on-call rotations, leading bridge calls and restoration decisions.
• Keep incident timelines and communications clear, and coordinate updates with technical teams, service owners, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare and facilitate post-incident reviews, documenting findings and follow-up actions in problem/change management.
