Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a CQM Lead to join our remote team from Buenos Aires, Argentina. You will apply ITIL practices across incident, problem, change, and monitoring activities, coordinating across resolver teams and stakeholders to restore service quickly.

Responsibilities include managing major incidents, guiding post-incident reviews, and driving continual improvement through data-driven service reporting and risk-based quality actions. A strong incident management background is essential.

Qualifications

• Typically 3-5 years of IT operations, IT support, or IT service management experience.
• Hands-on incident and major incident management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and practical application in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate ITIL and service management activities across incidents and changes.
• Act as Major Incident Manager for on-call rotations with clear updates.
• Coordinate cross-team troubleshooting and maintain traceability of actions.
• Support Change Management with incident-related rollback information.
• Facilitate root-cause analyses and track corrective actions.
• Provide timely incident updates to stakeholders and leadership using templates.
• Prepare periodic service reports and support continual improvement initiatives.
