Hire Hangar, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.

You will own pipelines from alignment with hiring managers through offer rollout, driving search processes independently to support regional growth. The role requires strong sourcing and screening foundation, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and proficiency with ADP.

Formación

• At least 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience in high-tech, SaaS, or fast-paced corporate environments.
• Proven track record of owning recruitment processes from candidate outreach through screening and offer stage.
• Hands-on expertise in direct talent sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Strong experience conducting initial candidate screening and behavioral evaluation conversations.
• Solid communication and candidate assessment skills, with sound professional judgment.
• Experience recruiting for Sales, Marketing, or GTM roles – Strong Advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines.
• Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels.
• Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
• Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies.
