Job summary

Last Stop Moving is seeking a proactive producer to generate revenue by calling customers before moves, following up after moves, and guiding the sales process. You will text home sellers and real estate agents to secure new moves and assist the Office Manager with daily operations.

The ideal candidate is opportunistic, fluent in English, organized, and numbers-driven, with at least 1 year in a North American client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a phone/text role selling or booking for North American customers.
• Ability to upsell and book while maintaining a friendly, natural tone.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.
• Strong organization; log calls and follow-ups meticulously.

Responsibilities

• Call each customer 7 days and 2 days before move to confirm details and offer add-ons.
• Call the day after to gather feedback, request reviews, and raise issues to the Office Manager.
• Text homeowners and real estate agents to turn listings into booked estimates.
• Book estimates from leads and follow up on missed opportunities.
• Log activity and revenue in SmartMoving; monitor daily metrics.
• Suggest and test new ideas to improve revenue and customer experience.
