Last Stop Moving busca un Move Coordinator remoto para su equipo. El rol implica contactar clientes y agentes para confirmar mudanzas, ofrecer servicios adicionales y gestionar el flujo de trabajo junto al Office Manager.

Se requiere experiencia en ventas por teléfono/text y dominio del inglés para clientes de Norteamérica. El puesto es independiente y remunerado mensualmente en CAD, con un bono adicional por alcanzar objetivos; se espera disponibilidad para horarios complejos y mayor atención

Competenze

• Al menos 1 año de experiencia en roles de teléfono/texto vendiendo o reservando para clientes de Norteamérica.
• Capacidad de detectar oportunidades de venta sin scripts rígidos.
• Inglés hablado claro para clientes de Norteamérica y redacción de textos naturales.

Mansioni

• Contactar a cada cliente 7 días y 2 días antes de la mudanza para confirmar fecha, hora y detalles.
• Realizar seguimiento al día siguiente y solicitar reseñas de Google; gestionar devoluciones o incidencias.
• Ejecutar playbooks de mensajería y convertir respuestas en estimaciones reservadas.
• Coordinar estimaciones para el equipo de ventas y hacer seguimiento de todas las oportunidades.
• Apoyar al Office Manager en la supervisión diaria y cierres de turno.
• Registrar todas las actividades en SmartMoving y reportar números diarios (llamadas, respuestas, ingresos por add-ons).
• Probar ideas nuevas para mejorar textos, partnerships y ofertas.

Move Coordinator remoto (llamadas, mensajes y ventas) para empresa de mudanzas en Canadá (inglés avanzado C1). Postulación en inglés. Location: Remote. You must live in Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Ecuador or Uruguay. Pay: CA$1,600 - CA$2,000 per month (about US$1,100 - US$1,400), based on experience, plus a two-tier bonus of CA$400 or CA$800 when the revenue you bring in hits its targets. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mountain Time (Canada), plus some Saturdays on rotation. Contract: Full-time independent contractor, paid monthly in Canadian dollars.

About the role This is a producer role: the work you do brings money into the company.

You call every customer before their move to make sure they are ready and to offer what makes their day easier (packing, supplies, storage, better coverage). You text home sellers and real estate agents to win new moves. And you help our Office Manager run the day: crew check-ins and job close-outs. We want someone opportunistic: you see a chance to help a customer and grow the business, and you take it. Bring us ideas. If a new playbook makes money, it becomes the way we do it.

Last Stop Moving is a fast-growing moving and storage company in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We do local and long-distance moves and portable storage, with a crew of movers and drivers that grows every season. Our office runs on Slack, Google Workspace, SmartMoving and many AI tools, and we are building a remote team in South America.

What you will do

• Call every customer 7 days and 2 days before their move: confirm the date, arrival time, inventory and access (stairs, elevators, parking), and offer packing, packing supplies, storage and better coverage when they need it.
• Call every customer the day after their move: ask how it went, ask happy customers for a Google review, pass any problem to the Office Manager the same day, offer unpacking and box pickup, and ask for referrals.
• Run our texting playbooks every day: text homeowners who have just listed their home, and the real estate agents who listed them, from our daily listings feed. Turn replies into booked estimates and realtors who keep sending us clients.
• Book estimates for our sales team from calls, texts and web leads, and follow up on every missed estimate until it is rebooked.
• Help run manager-on-duty: crew check-ins at 10 AM and 3 PM and evening close-outs, and cover for the Office Manager on their days off.
• Log everything in SmartMoving and report your numbers every day: calls, texts, replies, estimates booked and revenue from add-ons.
• Test new ideas: better texts, new partners, new offers. Keep what works.

You are a fit if

• 1+ year in a phone and text role where you sold or booked something (appointment setting, inside sales, customer success with upsells, bookings) for North American customers.
• Opportunistic: you see when a customer needs more help and you offer it naturally, without being pushy.
• Warm, confident spoken English that North American customers understand easily, and you write texts that sound like a real person.
• Organized: every call is logged and every follow-up gets done.
• You like numbers and you know yours.

• You want to read a script word for word and never change it.
• You don't like asking for the sale.
• You want a back-office job with no phone calls.

Setup you need
