Job summary

Roche is seeking a Portfolio Lead Molecular to shape and implement business, marketing, and portfolio strategies for the Molecular area. You will serve as the SPOC for portfolio topics, driving market development and strategic commercial models with internal and external stakeholders.

You will lead disease area squads, build external connections, and ensure portfolio profitability while aligning with DIA strategy. This role is fully remote with global impact.

Qualifications

• University degree in Health Sciences; MBA desirable.
• Experience in marketing or business development, preferably within the Diagnostic (IVD) market and with knowledge of South American health systems.
• Deep technical and clinical understanding of molecular products, pathologies, and regional competition.
• Strategic vision and strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Suite, Office, CRM, and collaboration tools.
• Upper-intermediate English; strong communication; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement portfolio and market development strategies for Molecular.
• Drive portfolio positioning and disease management with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, business cases, and launch plans across lifecycle.
• Manage full commercial lifecycle of molecular products for profitability.
• Foster a OneRoche approach and co-create strategic account plans with sales.
• Act as SPOC for molecular portfolio topics in regional/global initiatives.
• Lead Disease Area squads and connect with external market voices.
