Job summary

Advantage HQ is hiring a Media Buyer to own growth for a portfolio of ecommerce clients in a fully remote, international setting. You will design and lead paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other channels, determining budget allocation and creative angles to drive profitable growth.

You will work with Media Analysts, Creative Strategists, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable results, monitor performance, and identify opportunities beyond

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing.
• Significant ecommerce client management experience.
• Hands-on with Meta, Google, TikTok; additional platforms a plus.
• Experience managing large ad budgets and driving measurable growth.
• Ability to develop and execute paid media strategies and tests.
• Strong analytical and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media strategy across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Allocate budget, structure campaigns, audience targeting, and creative angles.
• Balance short-term performance with scalable acquisition growth.
• Lead testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, offers, and messaging.
