Job summary

HIGHSCALE is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns for global brands. You will manage budgets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more, while delivering data-driven insights to improve performance and ROI.

Your role combines analytical rigor with creative collaboration, supporting media plans and client recommendations across time zones. A fast-paced, remote environment awaits with opportunities for growth and stock-based incentives.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
Experience in performance marketing for eCommerce, fashion, or beauty brands is preferred.
Strong analytical skills: reading metrics, building reports, and deriving insights.

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
Track performance and build reports highlighting insights, learnings, and optimization strategies.
Collaborate with creative, production, and strategy teams to ensure ads drive performance and storytelling.
Scale campaigns by identifying growth opportunities and efficient budget reallocations.
Stay ahead of trends by testing new formats and platform beta programs.
