Pavago is seeking a hands-on Account Manager to own client relationships from onboarding to ongoing optimization. You will write brand messaging, manage SEO, social, and paid media, and oversee conversion tracking across multiple locations and time zones.

The role is fully remote, USD-contracted, with US Central time alignment and flexible client calls. You’ll collaborate with an Account Director on larger accounts and drive measurable performance for universities and nonprofits.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing for multiple client accounts
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, and ad account structure
• Daily use of Claude and related tools, with some builds or workflows
• Near-native English for calls and updates
• Experience running several client accounts simultaneously across locations
• Strong brand and copy judgment with the ability to defend decisions
• Comfort working with minimal oversight

Mansioni

• Onboard new accounts and set up sites, tracking, and channels within ~2 weeks
• Verify conversion tracking counts bookings before budget changes
• Write brand messaging and produce location pages and client updates
• Execute SEO, social, and paid media; manage ad account structure
• Structure multi-location accounts for clear reporting and budget optimization
• Develop Claude workflows for recurring tasks
• Participate in client calls across time zones
