Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience.
• Agency experience in design, copywriting, or marketing projects preferred.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure resources meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks, elevate issues, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Spot inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance operations.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as the main touchpoint for internal teams with clear status updates and deadlines.
