Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager for a 100% remote role serving LATAM and universities/nonprofits. You will lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across education partners, transforming CRM and marketing data into actionable decisions.

You’ll collaborate with paid media, account services, and leadership to build dashboards, track KPIs, and drive data-driven marketing strategies in USD. This is a mission-driven, remote opportunity focused on impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
