Pavago, a digital marketing agency, seeks an Account Manager to own partner relationships across higher education and nonprofit sectors. This role is hands-on, covering onboarding, campaign setup, SEO, social, and paid media, including conversion tracking and budget management.

You’ll work with an Account Director, manage multiple locations, and translate client needs into internal direction. The position is fully remote from LATAM, paid in USD as a contractor, with unlimited PTO and growth

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Technical grounding in conversion tracking, tags, ad account structure
• Near-native English for calls and updates

Mansioni

• Be the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners and keep communication proactive
• Run partner check-ins with strong agendas and follow-through
• Translate partner needs into actionable internal direction and maintain records on scope/deliverables
• Coordinate campaigns end-to-end ensuring timelines, quality, and scope stay tight
• Monitor performance with paid media team and surface insights for smarter decisions
• Track progress against partner goals including budget pacing and enrollments
• Onboard and support new business to help partnerships start strong
• Assist with account financial health and invoicing as requested
