Job summary

Supportyourapp-1 is seeking an experienced accounting professional to deliver specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries. The role requires keen technical accounting judgment and independent issue resolution.

Aligned with US business hours, you will investigate escalated tickets, review reconciliations, and communicate technical findings clearly. Prior experience with CPA/EA qualifications is preferred for this remote opportunity in Argentina.

Qualifications

Experience with US accounting and taxation.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll and tax reporting.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to investigate and resolve complex tax/accounting inquiries.

Responsibilities

Provide specialized Level 2 support for US accounting, tax, bookkeeping and payroll inquiries.
Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
Communicate findings clearly via Zendesk, email, or scheduled calls.
Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
Identify recurring issues and improve workflows and resources.
