The candidate should have strong communication skills and proficiency with accounting tools, including Zendesk and QuickBooks, and be able to adapt to evolving workflows and proprietary platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Professional accounting experience with exposure to US accounting and taxation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US customer accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax support tickets.
• Review and troubleshoot bookkeeping discrepancies, reconciliations, and accounting transactions.
• Assist customers with tax-related inquiries, notices, and filing status questions.
• Support payroll questions, setup, processing issues, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate technical findings clearly through Zendesk, emails, and phone support.
• Independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and coordinate with internal specialists.
