At Uptalent.io, we are looking for a Leasing & Property Management Assistant to support the Head of Property Management for a prominent US Real Estate company. This role entails tenant management, responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and tracking data in AppFolio.

The ideal candidate will possess over 4 years of experience in real estate leasing, proficiency in Google Suite, and must be comfortable communicating in English. The position offers flexible hours in a remote environment with opportunities for professional development.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in leasing of residential or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, including Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Familiarity with AppFolio and Asana is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective tenants promptly.
• Assist prospective tenants in scheduling tours.
• Conduct background and reference checks on prospective tenants.
• Track all notes and progress in AppFolio.
• Create and monitor marketing content across channels.
