CS Outsource is seeking a Portuguese-speaking Virtual Assistant to support our growing property management operations. If you're organized, proactive, and have experience in short-term rentals or property management, we'd love to hear from you!

The role focuses on handling guest communications in English and Portuguese, managing reservations, and coordinating with owners and teams. Remote work is offered with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
• Experience in property management or short-term rentals.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for property management operations.
• Manage guest communications in English and Portuguese.
• Assist with reservations, inquiries, and booking management.
• Coordinate with property owners, guests, cleaners, and maintenance teams.
• Update calendars and booking platforms.
• Perform general virtual assistant and administrative tasks.
