atomic HR is a remote recruiting startup focused on Latin America, helping people land remote roles with US/Canada startups and agencies. The Lead Gen & Outreach role targets marketing, growth, and data professionals, with mentoring and a scale-ready toolkit including AI and a sourcing platform.

You’ll craft outreach, post roles, and shortlist candidates, while learning the talent side. Part-time contractor with weekly USD pay and mentorship to grow into broader recruiting responsibilities.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volumes while keeping personal touch.
• Track what’s working and adjust based on numbers.
