atomic HR is a recruiting startup servicing Latin America with remote roles for US startups and agencies. This entry-level role focuses on outbound lead generation rather than candidate screening, and you’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side.

A dedicated sourcing platform and AI support help you scale your efforts from day one. You’ll research audiences, craft personalized outreach, post roles where they’ll be seen, and refine messages to improve replies.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to define the ideal candidate and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach messages, testing subject lines and openings.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right candidates.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep pipelines organized and ensure follow-ups so no candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle volume while maintaining personal touch.
• Track outcomes and adapt based on results.
