Job summary

atomic HR is seeking an Entry Level | Outbound Talent Specialist focused on lead generation and outreach. You will target a range of roles across industries, crafting personalized messages and optimizing outreach to elicit replies from potential candidates.

No recruiting experience is required; mentorship and AI-enabled tooling support growth within a scalable, fully remote environment across Latin America.

Qualifications

• No recruiting experience required; mentoring provided.
• Role focuses on lead generation and outreach at scale.
• Remote from Latin America; part-time to start at roughly 20–30 hours per week.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research roles to identify ideal candidates and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers.
• Post and promote roles to attract applicants.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist candidates.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to scale while preserving a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
