No recruiting background is required, with mentorship and a modern sourcing platform to scale outreach. Fully remote from LATAM, part-time hours with weekly USD compensation.

Responsabilidades

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and where to find them
• Write and personalize outreach; test subject lines and openers to improve reply rates
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates
• Maintain a clean pipeline and follow up with candidates
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without sacrificing personal touch
• Track performance and adapt outreach based on data
