This entry-level Talent Lead Generation Specialist role sits on our internal team and emphasizes outreach, audience research, and written communication to inspire replies from potential candidates.

You’ll learn the talent side with mentorship, using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI to scale your efforts across multiple roles and industries.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to understand the ideal candidate and where to find them.

Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping personal touch.
Track what works and adjust strategy based on data.
