This Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) sits on our internal team and focuses on finding great candidates, not customers.

You’ll research roles, write personalized outreach, post roles, review applicants, and maintain a clean pipeline.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and drive to keep learning across new roles and puzzles.
• Strong written English; write to strangers as a human, not a template.
• Resourcefulness when handed a new tool; figure it out independently.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles to reach the right audience.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up so none slip through.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while maintaining personalization.
• Track results and adjust approach based on data.
