This Talent Lead Generation Specialist role is entry level and sits on our internal team, offering mentorship and hands-on experience in a growing practice.

You will research audiences, craft outreach, post roles, and review applicants while maintaining an organized pipeline.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human.
• Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
• Organization and follow-through, so pipelines stay clean and nothing slips.
• Comfort with basic metrics, and the instinct to test something and adjust.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
• Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
• Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
• Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
• Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so.
