atomic HR is a remote recruiting startup serving Latin America, focusing on US startups and agencies. The Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) role centers on researching audiences, writing personalized outreach, and promoting roles to attract qualified candidates.

You’ll be mentored as you learn the talent side, using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale outreach. You’ll build a pipeline for marketing and creative roles, test messaging, and improve based on responses,

Qualifications

• Strong written English and ability to write to strangers like a human, not a template.
• Curiosity and drive to keep learning, each role is a new puzzle.
• Resourcefulness: a new tool and no script, figure it out.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates.
• Keep the pipeline organized and follow up to avoid gaps.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to manage high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust strategies based on data.
