This entry-level role targets lead generation, outreach messaging, posting roles, and candidate shortlists, with mentorship as you learn the talent side and scale with AI tools.

You will be mentored while you learn, using a dedicated sourcing platform and AI to manage outreach at scale, with a fully remote setup across Latin America.

Qualifications

• Must be curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup.
• Strong written English with ability to write to strangers naturally.
• Comfort with metrics and testing approaches to improve replies.
• Experience using AI tools to scale outreach without losing personalization.

Responsibilities

• Research roles and audiences to identify ideal candidates.
• Write and personalize outreach messages; test subject lines and openers.
• Post roles and promote to reach the right candidates.
• Review applicants and shortlist for conversations.
• Maintain organized pipelines and consistent follow-ups.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust outreach strategies based on data.
