Job summary

atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to join a fully remote LATAM team. You will research roles, craft outreach messages, and test what drives replies. No recruiting experience is required; you’ll be mentored and use AI tools to scale your searches.

The role is part-time (20–30 hours/week), paid weekly in USD as a contractor, with room to grow as you learn the talent side and move into more advanced lead-gen work.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and drive to learn; every role is a new puzzle.
• Strong written English, ability to write to a stranger naturally.
• Resourcefulness: quick to figure out new tools without a script.
• Organized with good follow-through to keep pipelines clean.

Responsibilities

• Research each role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to improve replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist strong candidates.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and timely follow-ups.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while keeping a personal touch.
• Track results and adapt strategies based on data.
