Job summary

atomic HR is seeking a Talent Lead Gen Specialist (Entry Level) to source and outreach to marketing, creative, and data roles across Latin America. You’ll craft messages, test approaches, and grow a candidate pipeline with AI-assisted tools.

No recruiting experience required; mentorship is provided as you learn the talent side. This fully remote role offers part-time hours (20–30/wk) overlapping US time zones, paid weekly in USD as a contractor, with room to grow into broader responsibilities as

Responsibilities

Research roles to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines and openers to lift replies.
Post and promote roles so relevant candidates apply.
Review applicants and shortlist for conversations.
Keep pipelines organized and follow up to avoid losing candidates.
Use AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume while preserving personalization.
Track results and adjust strategies based on data.
