Job summary

atomic HR is seeking an Entry Level Talent Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage potential candidates in marketing, data, and creative roles across Latin America. You will craft personalized outreach, post roles, and build a candidate pipeline with AI-powered tools.

No recruiting experience is required; you will be mentored while you learn the talent side, using a dedicated sourcing platform to scale your outreach. This is a remote, part-time contractor role with US-time overlap.

Qualifications

Curiosity and a real drive to learn across new roles and puzzles.
Strong written English and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
Resourcefulness: figure out new tools and tactics without handholding.
Excellent organization to keep pipelines clean and follow up.
Competitive streak and self-motivation to hit numbers.
Comfort with basic metrics and willingness to test and adjust.
Provide a concrete example of using a tool or automation to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to identify the ideal candidate and sourcing channels.
Write and personalize outreach messages, test subject lines, and improve reply rates.
Post and promote roles to reach the right candidates.
Review applicants and shortlist who to speak with.
Maintain an organized pipeline and ensure timely follow‑ups.
Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume without losing personal touch.
Track results and adjust approach based on data.
