Job summary

atomic HR is a remote recruiting startup focused on LatAm talent for US/Canada roles. We’re hiring a Talent Lead Generation Specialist (Entry Level) to research audiences, craft outreach messages, and promote roles to the right candidates.

No recruiting experience needed; you’ll be mentored and equipped with AI tools to scale your work. You’ll work part-time (20–30 hours weekly), in a fully remote setup across Latin America, with weekly USD contractor pay and room to grow as you learn the talent

Qualifications

• Self-starter with curiosity to learn new domains and markets.
• Ability to write clearly to strangers and craft effective outreach.
• Comfort with data, metrics and iterative testing.

Responsibilities

• Research each new role to understand ideal candidates and where to find them.
• Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines to lift replies.
• Post and promote roles so the right people apply.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Keep pipelines organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
• Use AI and sourcing tools to handle large volume with a personal touch.
• Track results and adjust approach based on data.
