Responsibilities

• Research each new role to identify ideal candidates and sourcing channels.
• Write and personalize outreach, test subject lines, and improve replies.
• Post and promote roles to attract the right candidates.
• Review applicants and shortlist those worth talking to.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle high volume with a personal touch.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on data.
