atomic HR is a remote recruiting startup focused on helping talent in Latin America land remote roles with US startups and marketing agencies. This entry‑level role centers on outbound lead generation and outreach, targeting marketing and data roles.

You’ll be mentored while you learn the talent side and will use a dedicated sourcing platform and AI tools to scale your work. You will research audiences, craft outreach messages, post roles, review applicants, and keep a busy pipeline organized

Qualifications

Curiosity and a real drive to keep learning, since every role is a new puzzle.
Strong written English, and the ability to write to a stranger like a human rather than a template.
Resourcefulness: handed a new tool and no script, you'd rather figure it out than wait to be told.
Organization and follow-through, so pipelines stay clean and nothing slips.

Comfort with basic metrics, and the instinct to test something and adjust.

Responsibilities

Research each new role to understand who the ideal candidate is and where to find them.
Write and personalize outreach, then test subject lines and openers to lift reply rates.
Post and promote roles so the right people actually apply.
Review incoming applicants and shortlist the ones worth talking to.
Keep your pipeline organized and follow up so no good candidate goes cold.
Use AI and sourcing tools to work through a large volume without losing the personal touch.
Track what's working, and change your approach when the numbers say so.
