Responsibilities

• Research roles and ideal candidates to target across multiple industries.
• Write and personalize outreach, testing subject lines and openers to improve replies.
• Post and promote roles to attract the right applicants.
• Review applicants and shortlist candidates for conversations.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and follow up to avoid losing good candidates.
• Leverage AI and sourcing tools to handle volume while preserving personalization.
• Track performance and adjust approaches based on results.
