Kelly Services is seeking an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting across multiple business lines. This fully remote role focuses on sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social networks, and Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand needs, maintain candidate communications, build talent pipelines, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
• Experience sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Working knowledge of ATS platforms such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and ATS.
• Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an inclusive process.
• Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle and delivering a strong candidate experience.
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
• Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
