Kelly Services is hiring an Associate Recruiter for remote, LATAM-focused recruiting across the Americas. You will support full-cycle recruiting, source and engage candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an inclusive process.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and a candidate-focused mindset, with schedule alignment to PST/EST as needed. This fully remote position emphasizes building pipelines, maintaining records in the ATS, and contributing to recruiting

Formación

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Familiar with ATS such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for candidate experience.
• Strong organizational skills for multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of recruiting metrics and compliance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Bullhorn.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure an inclusive process.
• Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle with a strong candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting to drive continuous process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
