Kelly is hiring an Associate Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting remotely across LATAM (Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Colombia). You will manage 15–20 requisitions, engage candidates, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure fair, inclusive selection.

The role requires strong multitasking, communications, and a focus on an exceptional candidate experience. This fully remote position aligns with Pacific/EST-CST hours, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities

Formación

• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume hiring.
• Experience sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, referrals.
• Familiarity with ATS like Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
• Manage 15-20 active requisitions and support 2-3 client accounts simultaneously.
• Maintain a steady hiring cadence with 5+ starts per week and ensure quality.
• Source, screen, and engage candidates across channels and ATS.
• Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate qualifications and fit.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on needs and inclusive process.
• Manage candidate communications and deliver a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in ATS.
• Support recruiting metrics and reporting for process improvement.
• Build talent pipelines to support current and future needs.
